Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across your assigned section
Follow recipes and maintain consistency across all menu items
Assist with menu development, specials and recipe testing (depending on level)
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
Manage stock rotation, ordering support and storage procedures
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Apprentices excepted)
Experience requirements vary by position: Commis Chef (6-12 months), Chef de Partie (2-3 years), Grill Cook (1-2 years), Pastry Chef (2-4 years), Sous Chef (4-6 years)
Passion for Middle Eastern or Mediterranean flavours
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Culinary qualifications desirable but not essential
