Chefs and Cooks - Silverwater hotel

The Marlow Hotel Group is an exciting, dynamic expanding hotel group consisting of nine hotels throughout Sydney and NSW including, Peachtree Hotel (Penrith), Intersection Tavern (Ramsgate), The Mill Hotel (Milperra) & more. The group operates quality Hotel Bistro Operations throughout all their hotels.

Silverwater hotel operates seven days a week from 11am-9pm and runs all traditional hotel facilities including Bar, Gaming, TAB, and food.

Currently we are looking for other industry professionals and people looking to get into the industry to join our team while receiving support, coaching and direction from our executive chef. We require staff of all levels that want to join an award winning hotel group.
