Stamford Park Homestead is expanding its kitchen brigade and is now hiring experienced Chefs and a dedicated Pizza Maker to join a high-performance kitchen in one of Melbourne's busiest hospitality venues.
We run a serious kitchen — clean systems, strong leadership, and high standards. This is not a training venue. It is a professional brigade built for consistency and volume.
CHEF ROLES (Grill / Pans / Service)
We are seeking career chefs who:
Are fast, organised and calm under pressure
Are strong on pans, grill and service execution
Have real commercial kitchen experience, not just casual café shifts
Have a minimum of 2+ years commercial kitchen experience
Can maintain quality during high-volume service
Take ownership of their section
PIZZA MAKER (Full Section Ownership)
This is a stand-alone pizza section.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years pizza making experience.
You will be responsible for:
Dough production and fermentation
Sauce and topping preparation
Cooking and plating during service
Quality control and consistency
You will work directly with the Head Chef and must be capable of running the section independently.
