We’re currently recruiting Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs to join the team.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food during busy services while working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Depending on your experience, you’ll:

• Run a section during service and support kitchen operations
• Assist with ordering, prep and stock control
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards
• Support training and mentoring junior chefs (Sous Chef level)
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant
• Ability to handle high-volume service with consistency
• Strong team mentality and work ethic
• Passion for good food and efficient kitchen operations
• A chef who enjoys being part of a fun, hardworking team
