The roles:

We’re looking for chefs who can handle a busy service, work well in a team and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen. Our venues are high-volume, community-focused pubs with bistro dining, functions and seasonal peaks.

You’ll need:

• Experience at Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to run a section and support junior staff

• Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship

Sponsorship Pathway:

We are offering sponsorship for the right candidates. In return, we’re looking for chefs who are committed to the venue and team.

• Must commit to 24 months in the venue before a transfer request will be considered

• Opportunity to transition to Permanent Residency after Skills in Demand Visa (for high performers)

• Relocation support provided

• Visa lodgement timeframe determined on an individual basis (minimum 4 weeks of successful employment required before lodgement)
