Luca Pizza is a busy, quality-focused venue in Wangaratta, known for fresh, flavour-packed dishes and a welcoming team environment. We’re looking for Chefs, a Sous Chef, and a Head Chef to join our kitchen and help deliver our signature pizza, pasta, main meals, and house-made desserts, as we look to expand our operations.

Available Positions & Salary Guide

Chef: $65,000 – $70,000 + super

Sous Chef: $75,000 – $80,000 + super

Head Chef: $85,000 – $90,000 + super

(Salary dependent on experience)

About the Role

• Prepare and deliver pizza, pasta, mains, and house-made desserts to a high standard
• Support menu development and daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Clear communication during peak times between the main kitchen and pizza team is vital
• Lead, train, and support junior staff (senior roles)
• Contribute to a positive, professional team culture
