The Role

• Lead and inspire your peers with passion and positivity.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families and children.
• Support and mentor your fellow educators, encouraging professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, wellbeing, and documentation requirements.
• Work closely with the leadership team to maintain a high-quality service.

About You

You are:
✅ Diploma or Certificate 3-qualified in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
✅ Experienced in programming, documentation, and leading a team.
✅ A strong communicator with families, children, and colleagues.
✅ Passionate about safeguarding children and maintaining safe practices.
✅ Ready to grow your career and take on more leadership responsibility.
