Duties and responsibilities include:

• Proven experience in property claims, broking, or claims handling. Strata or domestic claims preferred
• Strong assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate claims accurately
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and complex scenarios with confidence
• Familiarity with claims processes and injury assessment standards

We are looking for someone with:

• Willingness to work five days in-office during the onboarding period
• Working Holiday Visas or permanent applicants welcome, sponsorship available for eligible candidates under the Visa occupation list
• Previous experience in strata, domestic, or commercial property claims
