Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse seeking a challenging role where your expertise can make a significant difference? We are looking for a Clinical Nurse in Palliative Care to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Nurse, Palliative Care you will play a vital role in delivering palliative care to clients within the Great Southern region. Your responsibilities will encompass assessment, planning, and the delivery of high-quality clinical health services. This position not only allows you to work closely with clients and their families but also provides you with the opportunity to influence the development of clinical practice standards and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated advanced nursing practice within the palliative care practice setting.
Demonstrated advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision making, within the palliative care setting.
Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including team leadership, clinical handover and escalation communication skills.
Demonstrates incorporation of quality and risk management within practice.
Demonstrated computer skills to enable live data entry into health information systems (including Palliative Care data collection), navigation of online policies, internal communication, and completion of online learning resources.
