Physiotherapist – Community Care | Melbourne

Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. About the Role

In this community-based position, you’ll work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and other community-based populations. You’ll provide:

• Functional assessments
• Goal-focused intervention
• Equipment prescription
• Home modifications
• Capacity-building therapy focused on meaningful outcomes

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates—if you have the right attitude, we’ll support your development.

You are a Physiotherapist who:

• Builds genuine rapport with clients and their families
• Enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and variety in your day

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights (or eligibility for sponsorship)
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
