Your Role

• Screeding, floating, and finishing slabs to a high standard
• Working on large-scale commercial projects
• Delivering clean, consistent finishes under tight programs

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in concrete finishing (commercial preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of concrete finishing experience required
• Ability to hit levels, falls, and finishes accurately
• Pride in your work — you care about the final product
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
