About the role

Landscape Elements' is searching for a skilled Concreter to join our growing team in Balcatta, WA. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the successful delivery of our landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing

• Pouring, finishing and curing concrete for a variety of landscaping features such as pathways, driveways, retaining walls and other structures
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation
• Preparing, measuring and laying out work areas to meet project requirements
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
• Operating concrete mixing equipment and other power tools safely and efficiently

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Concreter, preferably in the landscaping industry but not essential
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality, precise concrete finishes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring and finishing techniques
• Familiarity with the use of power tools and concrete equipment
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges on site
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A current driver's licence and own reliable transportation
• Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates
