As a lively establishment, we're excited to welcome a skilled and hands-on Cook to seamlessly join our team of talented culinary professionals.

With a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, you should thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen setting while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Your expertise should cover managing group meal preparations, overseeing stock control, reducing wastage, and collaborating closely with our head chef to foster teamwork.

Anticipate fulfilling weekend and public holiday shifts as integral aspects of the position. Our establishment operates during lunch hours, providing most evenings off; however, occasional functions may necessitate your presence.

Accommodation options are available for consideration. For suitable candidates, sponsorship opportunities might be accessible.

Salary range - $70,000 - $80,000

Your anticipated responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

●        Prepares a variety of food items for cooking in a variety of kitchen equipment

●        Coordinating preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation

●        Ensuring that all served ingredients and dishes meet rigorous quality standards

●        Implementing efficient waste management practices

●        Keeping the kitchen workspace organized and clean

●        Handles, stores, labels, and rotates all products properly

●        Complete opening and closing checklists
