Jasmin 1 Lebanese Cuisine is expanding and we’re looking for a passionate Lebanese Chef to join our team. If you have a love for authentic Middle Eastern flavours and pride yourself on consistency, speed, and presentation – we want you!
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Lebanese dishes (mezze, dips, charcoal grills, wraps, plates, desserts).
• Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Work with our team to deliver smooth kitchen operations and fast service.
• Follow recipes and uphold Jasmin 1’s signature flavours.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Lebanese or Middle Eastern chef (restaurant or catering).
• Strong knowledge of traditional recipes and techniques (marinades, mezza, charcoal, oven-baked dishes).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
