Nucleus International Recruitment is recruiting two experienced Cooks on behalf of a large, family-owned Australian company operating a busy roadhouse in a small remote community of approximately 1600 people located 700 km west of Sydney.

The employer has a strong reputation in regional Australia, employing approximately 90 staff across multiple sites in New South Wales and Queensland. They offer stable, long-term employment and a supportive working environment.

These roles are ideal for confident and adaptable cooks who are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to work independently at times.

About the Role

• Two full-time Cook positions in a high-volume roadhouse
• Preparing and cooking meals to a consistent standard
• Managing kitchen operations during solo shifts when required
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Assisting with menu preparation and stock control
