Most of our fresh produce is grown on our family-owned farm in Lara, ensuring premium quality, sustainability, and true paddock-to-plate freshness.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes to a high standard
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Work evenings and weekends as required

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a cook

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Understanding of food safety regulation
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery preferred
• Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
