Back of House – Papi’s Birria Tacos

About Us
Papi’s Birria Tacos is one of Sydney’s most exciting and authentic Mexican taquerias, known for our slow-cooked birria, street-style tacos, and vibrant dining atmosphere. We are a fast-growing brand with locations across Sydney, and we’re looking for reliable and energetic team members to join our back-of-house crew.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff member to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a busy team helping us deliver great food and great vibes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and cooking tasks
• Washing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
• Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
• Receiving and storing deliveries
• Running Smooth Service
• Following food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential – we provide training)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Weekend and evening availability is essential

Pay: Competitive hourly rates (weekday & weekend rates apply)
