We are an established and growing dental practice with an in-house dental laboratory, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Prosthetist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also brings a positive attitude, growth mindset, and passion for helping a lab evolve. We have exciting plans for our in-house lab and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

About the Role

You will work closely with our clinical and management teams, contributing to the day-to-day lab workflow while also supporting the development and growth of our in-house laboratory services.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to:

• Collaborate with management on lab processes to support efficiency and growth
• Train and support other team members
• Be involved in improving systems, efficiency, and services

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and management of dental prosthetics to a high standard
• Collaborating closely with dentists and the wider dental team
• Training and mentoring other team members as the lab grows
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient lab environment
• Willingness to learn and assist with front reception and basic administrative tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Prosthetist
• Experience with CADCAM
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is active, motivated, and a quick learner
• Has the confidence and ability to train and support others
• Has a growth mindset and enjoys contributing ideas and improvements
• Is open to learning reception and administrative duties
• Communicates well and works effectively in a team environment
