About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Deliver a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Build warm, respectful, and lasting relationships with children and families
• Create intentional learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, and belonging
• Drive excellence through planning, documentation, and reflective practice
• Collaborate with Educators, Lead Educators, and the Centre Director to create a positive learning environment
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and centre success

This role is ideal for an ECT who thrives in supportive environments and is passionate about delivering meaningful educational experiences.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience as an ECT in Australia (required for this advertisement)
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and pedagogical leadership
• Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to high-quality teaching and child-centred practice
