Pay Rate: $43.05 per hour (base rate) + Super + Salary Packaging (up to $18,900)

We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Mackellar Alkira and Mackellar Apex Road Residential Aged Care facilities in Gunnedah.

While direct aged care experience is highly valued, we also welcome nurses with strong clinical foundations from other healthcare settings. Above all, we value your commitment, professionalism, and person-centred approach to care. About You

Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (minimum 12 months)

Preferably 12 months’ experience in Residential Aged Care

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation

Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Empathetic, respectful, and collaborative approach to care

Flexibility to work various shifts (AM/PM/night)

Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered/insured vehicle

Must be onshore with full working rights and no restrictions About McLean Care
