Role Overview:

As an Equipment Refurbishment Specialist, you will be responsible for restoring, painting, and cleaning equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and presentation ready. Key Responsibilities:

•Refurbish company equipment including trucks, machinery, and tools

•Perform industrial painting and coatings to high-quality standards

Requirements:

•Proven experience in industrial painting, surface preparation, or equipment refurbishment

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial painting or equipment refurbishment is required

•Skilled with hand tools, spray equipment, and cleaning systems

•Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

•Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a small team
