Description

• Engineering or Architectural background (essential for potential sponsorship)

• Proven experience with Australian estimating

• Experience across shop fitouts, hospitality venues, retail fitouts and commercial kitchens

• Strong Excel skills (costing, take-offs, pricing schedules)

• Some experience with Buildertrend or a similar project management platform

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and scopes of works

• Ability to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tenders and deadlines • Good understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and council requirements

• Strong commercial awareness (margins, risk allowances, value engineering)

• Good written and verbal English skills

• Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach

This is a long-term role for someone looking to grow with the business, not a short-term estimating position.
