What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years barbering experience
• High-quality, consistent, finished haircuts
• Strong customer service and communication
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Comfortable capturing photos and short videos of your work

(Content creation is a normal part of the role and discussed clearly during onboarding.)

• Senior-barber-only shop (no trainees)
• Strong walk-in traffic and consistent client demand

• Base salary: $79,040 – $93,600 (experience & availability dependent)
