Position 1: Chef
Responsibilities:
Create and execute a variety of dishes with quality and flair
Oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of cooks
Develop and innovate menu items and specials
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen
Strong leadership and team management skills
Creative flair and passion for culinary arts
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Position 2: Short Order Cook
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals quickly and efficiently
Handle high-volume orders with precision and speed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes
Requirements:
Experience as a Short Order Cook or similar role
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player with strong communication skills
