About the Role

As an Experienced Machine Setter, you’ll work with advanced CNC and cold‑forming equipment. This is a technical, hands‑on role where your mechanical problem‑solving skills will shine.

You will be responsible for:

• CNC programming, setting and operating machinery
• Completing accurate set‑ups from drawings and specifications
• Mechanical troubleshooting and adjustments
• Supporting preventative maintenance
• Ensuring quality, accuracy and production reliability

This is not an entry‑level operator job. It’s a skilled position suited to someone who knows their machinery and enjoys technical challenge.

What You Bring

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience as a Machine Setter in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in cold‑forming, wire forming or similar precision‑forming environments
• Strong CNC programming and machine setting capability
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills

Highly regarded experience includes working with:

• HITACHI 123 MS
• Xinda
• Itaya
• Herdon (40T / 30T / 20T)
• Shinko (830 / 812)

(Experience on similar machinery is also welcomed.)
