The Pocket is a fast-growing Middle Eastern eatery in Highett. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen operations and support our team.

This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and ready to take responsibility in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
• Ensure food quality and consistency
• Manage food preparation and stock control
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with rostering and team coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Passion for quality food and teamwork
