We are seeking an experienced Chef with a strong background in Tandoor and traditional Indian curries to join our team.
What We Are Looking For:
Tandoor Expertise: Proven experience preparing authentic Naans, Rotis, and Tandoori meats/kebabs. You must be able to manage the Tandoor section during high-pressure service.
Curry & Prep: Skilled in preparing a variety of gravies, marinating meats, and managing bulk food prep without compromising on flavor or quality.
Cleanliness & Safety: High standards of kitchen hygiene and a solid understanding of Food Safety (HACCP).
Team Player: Someone who communicates well and works effectively with our floor staff and other chefs.
Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and available for weekend and evening shifts.
Availability: Must be available to work 6 days a week.
