Retic’Tech is a Perth-based landscape construction business delivering high-quality work for long-standing residential and commercial clients. We are a medium, hands-on team and take pride in doing the job properly.

We are currently seeking an experienced Landscaper / Landscape Construction Technician to join us on a full-time basis. This role suits someone who is confident on site, capable of working independently when required, and committed to quality workmanship.

The role

You will be involved in a broad range of landscape construction works, including:

• Reticulation system installation.
• Installation of natural and artificial turf
• Garden beds, edging, and softscape finishes
• Retaining walls
• General landscape construction works
• Reading plans and following project specifications

Work is primarily across the Perth metropolitan area, with occasional projects outside the metro area.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience
• Qualification in Landscaping or Horticulture, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• C Class Driver’s Licence
• Legal right to work in Australia

This role is not suited to entry-level candidates requiring constant supervision.
