We are a growing artisan bakery in the south of Sydney.
We make all our products from scratch using the finest natural ingredients we can source.
We pride ourselves on product quality & consistency & are looking for an experienced and passionate baker to join our team as we grow, & contribute to producing some of Sydney's finest sourdough's and baked goods.
You will be working with an experienced team & state of the art equipment, must have experience in mixing, shaping & baking sourdoughs. Handling softer high hydration doughs, working with organic flours, pastry lamination &/or experience milling flour a definite bonus.
This is a hands-on role, and the successful applicant will need to be responsible to work independently as well as part of a team, helping in maintaining cleanliness, ordering & be part of staff development.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a friendly team and producing a fantastic product, using latest technology and equipment.
We are expanding the business, and we are looking for someone to help produce new product lines and grow with us.
