Lorg Talent is currently seeking Final Trim Excavator Operators and GPS Grader Operators for long term rail and civil infrastructure projects in the Pilbara.

We are looking for experienced excavator and grader operators with GPS and final trim experience to join major infrastructure and rail maintenance projects across Western Australia.

Positions Available

• Final Trim Excavator Operators with GPS experience
• GPS Grader Operators with experience operating 12M and 14M graders

About the Role
Operators will be working on rail infrastructure and maintenance projects, supporting civil works including formation preparation, drainage and high accuracy final trim work within rail corridors.

You will be operating modern machinery fitted with GPS machine control systems and working within a safety focused project environment.

Roster:  2:1 roster

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience operating
• excavators or graders on civil, rail or mining projects
  Strong GPS machine control experience
  Experience operating 12M or 14M graders (for grader operators)
• Final trim experience with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in remote project environments

Requirements

• Valid Australian manual driver licence (HR licence or higher highly regarded)
• Relevant Excavator or Grader ticket / VOC
• Ability to pass site medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Previous rail, civil or mining project experience highly regarded
