Lunch N Munch - Cairns Queensland is seeking a motivated and reliable a Full-Time Cook to join our kitchen team.
Requirements
Applicants must:

• Hold a relevant qualification such as Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher), or equivalent experience
• Have at least two (2) years of relevant commercial kitchen experience
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
• Vietnamese and English language ability is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast meals, burgers, grilled meats and fried food items
• Operating grill, fryer and short-order cooking stations
• Coordinating multiple orders during peak service periods
• Portioning and preparing ingredients for service
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Monitoring stock rotation and assisting with stock control
• Assisting with general kitchen operations and supervising junior staff when required
