The Kingston Hotel has recently changed ownership and is now operated by an experienced hospitality group with more than two decades of running successful venues. We are revitalising this iconic hotel, returning it to a venue of exceptional quality offering dining, bar service, and community-focused hospitality.

Your Role
As our Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing daily venue operations including reservations, guest/patron reception, service delivery and functions
• Overseeing bar, restaurant and event operations to ensure smooth service across all areas
• Maintaining venue presentation, overseeing cleaning, maintenance and security arrangements
• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, OH&S and relevant regulations
• Monitoring customer satisfaction, analysing feedback and implementing service improvements
• Supporting budgeting, P&L oversight, cost control, stock management and supplier coordination
• Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Leading recruitment, training and ongoing development of front-of-house staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hotel, pub or hospitality management (2-3 years minimum)

• Diploma level qualification in hospitality or management • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and motivate staff• Experience with budgeting, cost control, stock management and P&L• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences• Availability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends• Current RSA certificate
