What You'll Do

• Rewind AC/DC motors and armatures - coil manufacture, rewinding, varnishing, baking & final testing
• Strip, assess, repair and rebuild motors (up to 1500kW), pumps, generators & gearboxes
• Perform accurate electrical testing and maintain detailed job documentation
• Complete repairs to electric motor components and associated equipment
• Follow WHS and Quality procedures to the highest standard
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years' experience in rewinding, overhauling and repairing AC/DC motors (50kW-500kW, up to 1000VAC)
• Highly beneficial:
  • Electrical Trade Certificate (Electrical Fitter - Motor Rewinder)
  • Machining or dynamic balancing experience
  • HRW Forklift Licence
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication and reporting skills
