An excellent opportunity is available for a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner / Family Physician to join a modern, newly operational mixed-billing medical centre located in Queanbeyan, New South Wales—approximately 22 km from Canberra CBD.

The practice is situated within a purpose-designed healthcare building in an established location, offering high visibility and strong patient demand. The centre is committed to exceptional patient care, accessibility, convenience and affordability, and plays an active role in supporting the ongoing health needs of the local Queanbeyan community.

This is a DPA (MM1) location, making the role suitable for international medical graduates eligible for specialist registration in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to booked and walk-in patients
• Work a standard 40-hour week
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order appropriate investigations and coordinate specialist referrals
• Optional participation in evening and weekend clinics
• No home visits and no on-call duties

Candidate Requirements

• Primary medical qualification with recognised specialist certification in General Practice / Family Medicine

(e.g. MRCGP, FRACGP, CCFPC, American Board of Family Medicine or equivalent) * Eligibility for AHPRA specialist registration
