Our Services

At Hair Crew & Co we offer a diverse and specialist range of hair and beauty services designed to cater for clients of all ages and styles. Our team of professional stylists delivers precision haircuts and personalised styling for women, men and children, including classic and contemporary looks as well as braids and upstyles for everyday wear or special occasions.

We provide an extensive colour service that includes regrowths, semi‑permanent and permanent colours, vivids and rich tonal options suited to each client’s preferred look. Our highly trained stylists also specialise in advanced highlighting and lightening techniques such as balayage, baby lights, ombré and full or half‑head foils.

To care for and enhance hair health, we offer a variety of treatments, including hydration and protein therapies, keratin smoothing, chemical straightening, specialty scalp treatments and customised solutions for specific hair concerns.

For clients looking to change length or volume, we provide hair extension services including tape‑in, beads, clip‑ins, re‑tapes and re‑beading, ensuring seamless and natural results through expert application.

Our services also include hair perms in a range of sizes and styles, offering clients the opportunity to add texture and body to their look. We take pride in our ability to deliver tailored solutions that match individual needs and preferences.

Skills & Qualifications

• We are seeking a qualified and motivated hairdresser who:
• Holds a Certificate III in Hairdressing
• Has a minimum of one year of full-time experience, or equivalent part-time or casual experience, working as a Hairdresser.
• Is passionate about hair, beauty, and client service
• Works well in a team environment
• Stays up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques

Key Responsibilities / Duties

As a Hairdresser at Hair Crew & Co, your duties will include:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide professional advice on hair care, products, and hairstyles
• Perform precision haircuts for women, men, and children using scissors, clippers, and razors
• Style hair for everyday looks and special events, including blow-dries, upstyles, braids, and dreadlocks
• Apply hair colouring, including all-over colour, regrowths, vivids, toners, balayage, baby lights, ombré, and foil techniques
• Perform chemical treatments, including hair straightening, perming, keratin smoothing, and other chemical services
• Add hair extensions using tape, beads, or clip-ins
• Groom, shave, and trim beards and moustaches
• Shampoo hair, condition scalps, and apply hair treatments (hydration, protein, customised treatments)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by sanitising instruments and work areas
• Arrange client appointments, manage scheduling, and collect payments
• Stay up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, client-focused approach
