We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on leader who can manage a busy Korean BBQ restaurant with confidence and passion.

Requirements:

• Must be currently living in Australia
• Must be 26 years or older
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Degree or background in hospitality/cooking highly regarded
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Understanding of Korean/Asian food culture
• RSA certification preferred
• Must be available to start immediately

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Lead and train service staff
• Assist with food preparation and serving during peak hours
• Handle guest relations and ensure high service standards
