We’re seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a small team in a food-focused pub with strong local and tourist trade. Ideal for a Melbourne-based chef ready to relocate or a senior chef stepping up.

About the Role:

  • Lead the kitchen operations
  • Manage menu, stock control and costings
  • Lead a small kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
  • Ensure smooth service and a positive team culture

 

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years’ chef leadership
  • Highly skilled in running 'the pass'
  • Passion for quality food, smart prep, and fast service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pub experience advantageous
