Located just two hours south of Perth, Bunbury is regional WA's largest center, offering pristine beaches, city amenities with country charm, and an abundant supply of fresh ingredients—from ocean-fresh seafood to farm-direct meats and organic produce—delivered daily to our kitchen.
About the role
In this role, our ideal Head Chef will be a culinary professional who can translate our sustainable vision into exceptional dishes while adding their unique experience and creative flair.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Crafting innovative dishes with local ingredients that delight repeat customers
Leading/inspiring our established kitchen team
Ensuring exceptional food quality across all culinary operations
Designing exciting menus that showcase your expertise
Upholding rigorous safety standards while managing our kitchen efficiently.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights highly preferred
Min. 2 years previous Head Chef experience (Sous Chefs also considered)
Strong knowledge of food trends, techniques and menu development
Proven skills with nose-to-tail cooking approach
Excellent time management and communication skills
Someone with excellent plating skills
