Our Client is a Leading Winery in WA part of a growing Group and we are looking for a Head of Guest Experience.

This is a newly created Senior Leadership role to develop service excellence and exceptional guest experience across all areas of the business including tasting rooms, dining spaces, tours, events and off-site activations.

The successfull candidate will have a Luxury Hotel/Hospitality background in Leading Luxury Hotels and Businesses offering exceptional Guest service and Experiences with the following criteria:

• A proven track record in Luxury Hotels/Businesses
• Senior Leadership Experience
• Experience with P&Ls/Budgeting/Capex
• Proven track record in Sales and relationship management
• Experience with Brand development
• Success in Managing Sales Teams
• Experience with creating Luxury Experiences
• Business Plans and Strategies
• Experience with high-end discerning clients
• Sound Business and Financial Acumen
• Merchandising and Marketing
• Experience with CRM and POS systems
• Excellent knowledge of Food and Wine
