This is a hands-on role suited to a trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with solid experience servicing and repairing construction and mobile plant equipment. You will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting operational performance for clients across the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service and repair heavy diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics and electrical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing in line with OEM standards
Conduct inspections and complete detailed service documentation
Maintain a safe and compliant workshop environment
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times
About You
Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent)
Proven experience working on construction and earthmoving equipment (excavators, loaders, graders, etc.)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
Valid driver’s licence (HR/MR and field service experience highly regarded)
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
