Requirements (Essential):
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role
Formal qualifications in Hospitality and/or Commercial Cookery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage kitchen staff
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of meals, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency
Plan and develop menus
Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and stock levels
Uphold cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations
Cater to dietary requirements and ensure a positive dining experience for guests
