JDA Hotels have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Hotel/PubDuty Manager at Globe Hotel, Deniliquin. Skills and Experience
JDA Hotels are looking for an accomplished and highly experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Managers! The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum three (3) years’ experience is essential.
Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.
Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
Solid experience and strong understanding of TAB and Gaming facilities.
Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
A candidate with experience in successfully managing events and implementing successful marketing ideas would be looked upon favourably.
Be willing to take responsibility and accountability
Ability to mentor and train staff
The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as, be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for. The candidate must be flexible and available to work mostly nights, weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.
An Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months.
