We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant/Houseman to join our team at a busy, well-established motel in Maryborough. This is a hands-on role for someone who can maintain exceptional cleanliness and efficiency while managing high room turnaround volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service 12+ guest rooms per day to the highest standard
• Ensure all rooms are guest-ready, including linen changes, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming
• Replenish amenities and restock housekeeping trolleys daily
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to management
• Assist with laundry duties as required
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ housekeeping experience in hotels/motels
• Ability to clean and prepare a high number of rooms efficiently without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the role
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods

Experience:

• Hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)
