About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team. This full-time position will see you play apivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. We are located in Wantrina south, Victoria.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic South Indian and few North Indian dishes to the highest standards
• Developing and refining menu items to showcase the best of Indian culinary traditions
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment
• Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff

• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Chef, specialising in Indian cuisine.

• Excellent knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
• Strong leadership, work ethic and teamwork skill
