This role rotates through the key aspects of Medical Workforce providing administrative support to team leads and managers, in the following domains for optimal staff experience:
End-to-end JMO recruitment,
Workforce transactions,
Rosters and payroll duties
Education programming and support
About you
Experienced in recruitment, workforce transactions, rostering, or payroll in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Strong communicator with excellent people service skills and a talent for building positive stakeholder relationships.
Skilled at interpreting policies, legislation, and procedures relevant to Medical Workforce activities.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities while meeting deadlines.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS (Workday), and rostering systems (Kronos or similar).
