We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the high standards of service that define Beach HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage reservations, group bookings, and private functions with attention to detail.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure coordination and consistency.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with rostering, inventory management, and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and seasonal events to enhance guest engagement.
• Contribute ideas for improving service, efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and reporting.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Hospitality management qualification (preferred but not essential).
