We take pride in offering a memorable dining experience with a focus on quality, creativity, and hospitality. We are now seeking a motivated Junior Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, with a focus on seafood and continental cuisine.
Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, following health and safety guidelines.
Help with stock management, including receiving and storing ingredients properly.
Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
Culinary qualification or certificate (preferred but not essential).
