We are seeking a self-motivated, junior production coordinator to join our company based in Wetherill park NSW

Key Duties

Forecast and analyse demand to anticipate material and resource requirements.

Develop and maintain weekly and daily production schedules.

Assist in raising production orders for stock-on-hand (SOH) items.

Generate inventory reports to support inventory control, cycle counting, and annual stocktake.

Assist with purchasing packaging, components, pallets, and consumables while maintaining system integrity.

Maintain and update production status.

Salary: $32/hr casual for the first 3 months; transition to full-time at $30-32/hr thereafter

Requirements

Recent graduate holding a 485 visa or other valid working visa. Holding Diploma degree or above in mechanical/electrical engineering, IT, project management

Own reliable vehicle for commuting.

Previous factory or production experience is preferred.

Speak both Mandarin and English
