Now we are looking for a world-class chef ready to take the spotlight.

We have a Brand New Kitchen You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• We love happy people, if you have a short temper or high attitude then this job is not for you.
• Ensure all food preparation meets high standards
• Good organisational skills
• Create height on the plate (best plating techniques)
• YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of food standard
• Excellent grooming standards
• Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is maintained to a high standard and that all company and legal requirements are met at all times

We will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday–Saturday.

What qualifications we are looking for

Either academic or vocational qualification is a must.

Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Cookery as the required academic or vocational qualification.

An experienced (minimum of 12 months in a similar capacity), particularly familiar with café and restaurant environments.

Candidates must have specific experience working in café or restaurant environments to be considered for this position.
