Busy Bees at Noarlunga Downs is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join the service and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs.

This position requires an educator with demonstrated leadership capability who can support room operations, mentor other educators, and maintain compliance with regulatory and curriculum requirements.

Busy Bees may consider visa sponsorship under Subclass 482 or Subclass 494 for suitable candidates who meet the qualification, experience, and eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily room operations and support the implementation of learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Mentor and guide educators within the room
Maintain documentation, observations, and programming requirements
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory frameworks
Maintain positive communication with families and the service leadership team

Essential Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Demonstrated experience working as a Lead Educator or in a room leadership role
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and early childhood regulatory requirements
Working with Children Check (Employee - SA)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
